No, we are not able to print full bleed color on your cards. The majority of your card should be the paper color with your logo and other details added. Orders with full bleed designs will be notified for changes or have the order canceled if we are not able to reach you.
No, we are not able to print borders around the edges of cards. Those cause to many complications when cutting. Orders with borders will be notified for changes or have their order canceled if we are not able to reach you.
We prefer a vector file in one of the following formats EPS, AI, or PDF files. You can also send a PNG or JPG as long as the file is 300dpi and the width and height are the same size or larger then what you need printed.
We use digital printing on professional series laser printers.
It was your responsibility to proof your cards before the printing process was started. We are not able to fix a product once printing has begun. You can log back into your account and fix the error when you order the product in the future.
If for some reason there is a typo that does not match the proof and there was any error on our part please contact us as soon as possible. We are always happy to replace products when we make a mistake.
Products ship 3-7 business days AFTER the date of purchase depending on the product. Read all product details to see what the expected Processing time is.
Processing time is how long it takes us to process and make your product in the order in which is was received.
Selecting faster postage during checkout does NOT change how long it takes to process your order.
How fast your order arrives after our processing time will depend on your location and postage you select during checkout.
Many products you will design and approve your own proof. You will not receive another proof directly from us unless cut options needed to be added. If you have something questionable about your design be sure to email us after purchase with your concerns and we should be able to edit your proof for you.
If your purchase requires cuts/holes to be added you will receive a new proof after purchase.
Review all proofs before you checkout, once the order is placed we can not guarentee we will be able to make changes.
Our cardstocks range from 100# - 130# Coverstock (270gsm-352gsm) Read more about all of the selections here on our paper chart page. We are not responsible if you order and did not understand the thickness of the papers. You can order a sample paper set below, this will let you hold and feel each paper along with examples of printed cards and sample cuts.
A proof here on Homegrown Creativity is a digital copy of what your product is going to look like before we print or make your item. All proofs are digital, there is no physical card or product made. Proofs will have a white background and will not reflect the paper you selected. By Approving your proof you are agreeing that everything you see is located in the correct spot, grammar and spelling are correct and all of the holes/cuts/slits you wanted are shown on the proof.
If you wanted a peg hole on top of your cards and you do not see one on the proof you will NOT receive one. Please check your proof carefully before approving. Once approved production of your order could start at any time.
PRINTED PAPER SAMPLES: We sell a paper sample set that shows all of our paper selections with printed color wheels on them so you can see how printing looks on each type of paper. That can be ordered here:
If you do not review your proofs and attempt to approve or request changes your order will be canceled after 14 days of inactivity. You are responsible for logging in and checking your proof. Our system does send you one email that you have a proof awaiting for you. You can also log into your account click on My account My Orders and you will see items waiting for proofs to be reviewed.

Shipping & Processing Times
We ship everything with the United States Postal Service (USPS). Most items ship with 1st Class Package postage unless you selected faster postage during checkout then we use USPS Priority Mail and USPS Express Postage.
Our current PROCESSING TIMES: ECONOMY cards ship 3-5 business days after the date of purchase. All other custom products ship 5-7 business dayas after the date of purchase. Ready made supplies ship 2-3 business days after purchase. Engraved wood pieces, displays and sublimation blanks are made to order and ship 5-7 business days after the date of purchase.
We design, print, cut and ship your order from our Surprise, Arizona office!
We save all of your files for easy re-ordering. Once you log back into your account scroll to the top of the page and select MY ACCOUNT -> My Orders and inside there you can re-order all past products and make any new changes.
If you do not answer your proofs within 7 business days after the date of purchase your order will ship as shown in the proofs after the 8th business day. You are responsible for logging into your account and reviewing the proof. We do provide unlimited revisions as long as we hear from you. We do send emails when proofs are awaiting , however you are responsible for checking spam and logging into your account if you don't get the emails.
There are three options for designing and customizing a product. Click a product on the left-hand panel and choose one of the options.
1. Custom Design: lets you customize the products. Click it to open the design studio and use multiple tools to create your own design.
2. Upload Design: using this option, you can upload your own JPG, JPEG, GIF, PNG, EPS, AI, PDF and PSD images.
3. Browse Design: use this to select hundreds of pre-loaded templates. Work on them or customize them through our design studio.
Returns & Errors
Customized/Personalizated products can not be returned. Supplies and other non-custom products can be returned but you will need to pay return shipping. Contact us through the contacts page to start a return.
If you were provided a proof to review before shipping and you approved the proof we do offer returns or refunds on customized products. If we created an error after the proof was approved we will fix and replace any product we made the error on.
